Our response to COVID-19​

As a small family-owned business, we understand the impact of this health emergency. We want to reach out you, as part of our Desks ETC community, and provide an update on what we are doing to help.   

 

Our store in Mansfield remains open and operational, but we have made changes to ensure the health and safety of our team, clients and wider community. 

 

STORE OPENING HOURS 

Our physical store will remain open Monday – Friday 8.00 – 5.00 and Saturday 9.00 – 3.00 and so will our workshop. We will continue to monitor the advice provided by the Australian Government. 

 

OUR WEBSITE

Our website remains a 24/7 platform for inspiration on custom made and made to order furniture. Our online chat function is available 24 hours, so you can talk to us about your project, idea or current order. 

 

There is also an online quote form that you can submit and a member of our team will get in touch with you during store opening hours via phone or email. 

 

SOCIAL DISTANCING

When visiting our store, we encourage you to respect the 1.5m distancing policy that is in place. If you are feeling unwell, we encourage you to email or call us from the comfort of your own home. 

 

We will continue to operate in accordance to the Australian Government’s advice. We wish you, your family and your loved ones good health during this unprecedented event. 

 

In the meantime, we will continue to provide you with service and expertise on custom made and made to order furniture.
